AI co-worker · On the roadmap

Invoices answered, reminders sent and payments matched

Accounts looks after the questions and chasing that fill your finance team’s inbox. It sends invoices and statements on request, reminds customers within rules you set, and matches the payments back to your ERP.

Chasing payments eats the finance team’s week

Trade customers on credit terms ask for copies of invoices, lose statements and pay late. Every request and reminder is another email someone has to write.

  • “Can you resend that invoice?”

Requests for invoice copies and statements arrive all day, and each one means finding the document and replying.

  • Reminders that go out late, or not at all

Overdue invoices wait until someone has time to chase, so cash comes in later than your terms say it should.

  • Payments matched by hand

Remittances and bank lines are matched to invoices one by one before the customer’s balance is right.

How Accounts works

  1. 1

    Answers invoice questions

Customers ask by email or on your storefront, and Accounts replies with the invoice, statement or balance from your ERP.

  2. 2

    Statements on schedule

Sends each customer’s statement when you choose, with a link to see and pay their invoices online.

  3. 3

    Reminders within your rules

You set when to remind, how often and in what tone. Accounts sends polite reminders with a payment link and stops when the invoice is paid.

  4. 4

    Knows when to hand over

Disputes, payment plans and customers you’ve flagged go to a person instead of getting another reminder.

  5. 5

    Matches payments

Online payments sync straight to the invoice in your ERP, and remittances are matched to invoices for a person to approve.

  6. 6

    Shows you what it did

Every email, reminder and match is logged, with a dashboard of what’s been sent and collected.

What customers can ask

  • “Can you send me invoice INV-20877?”
  • “What do we owe this month?”
  • “Can I have our latest statement?”
  • Remittance advice for payments they’ve made

What it checks in your ERP

  • Open invoices, credit notes and balances
  • Each customer’s payment terms and credit limit
  • Payments already received
  • Customers you’ve put on hold or asked it not to chase

How our AI stays safe

The same rules apply to every co-worker, whatever it does.

  • A person approves when it isn’t sure

You set the confidence level. Anything below it waits for one of your team.

  • Every action is logged

Each order, quote or message is recorded against the document it came from.

  • The same permissions as your staff

Co-workers follow the same user roles and permissions as the people on your team.

  • Your data stays in Australia

Customer and order data is hosted in Sydney, Australia.

  • You see what each one did

A dashboard shows what each co-worker processed, how accurate it was and the time it saved.

Synced with the system you already run

Accounts reads invoices and balances, and writes payments back, through the same native integrations as the rest of TierCommerce.

Accounts questions

Will it chase customers we don’t want chased?
