Onboarding programme
Live on your ERP in 30 days
Onboarding is a programme, not a project. One senior person runs it with you, from connecting your ERP to taking your first customer orders.
-
Connect your ERP Week 1
-
Pricing, users and approvals Week 2
-
Storefront and testing Week 3
-
Invite your customers Week 4
The 30-day programme
Four weeks, each with a clear outcome, run by one senior person who stays with you from start to finish.
-
1 Week 1
Connect your ERP
We connect TierCommerce to your ERP and sync products, stock, customers and prices, then check them against what your team expects.
-
2 Week 2
Pricing, users and approvals
Your contract prices, price lists and quantity breaks, plus the users, roles and approval rules each customer needs.
-
3 Week 3
Storefront and testing
Your branding on the storefront, and real orders run end to end into your ERP before anyone is invited.
-
4 Week 4
Invite your customers
We help you move trade customers across, starting with the ones who order most, and watch every order closely.
What’s included

What we’ll need from you
Onboarding goes fastest when these are ready in week one.
-
Access to your ERP
Someone who can set up access for the integration, and a test environment if your ERP has one.
-
Your price rules
How you price each customer or group today, and a few recent orders to test against.
-
Your first customers
A short list of trade customers to invite first, usually the ones who order most often.
-
Someone to sign off
One person on your side who can make decisions, so nothing waits a week for an answer.
When it takes longer than 30 days
Complex ERPs, several storefronts, custom modules or a move from an old portal can take longer. We’ll tell you up front, with a plan for each extra piece.
Run by the team behind the platform
Onboarding is run by our implementation partner, Jonathan Bird Web Design & Development. It’s the same team that builds TierCommerce, so the people setting you up know the platform from the inside.
