Fewer calls, fewer keying errors, a calmer order desk
Customer service spends its day keying orders and answering “is it in stock?” and “where’s my invoice?”. TierCommerce lets customers answer those themselves, and AI keys the purchase orders that still arrive by email.
What changes with TierCommerce
- Emailed purchase orders keyed by AI
- Customers checking stock, orders and invoices themselves
- Every order and sync logged

Fewer “where’s my order?” calls
Customers see stock, order history and invoices in their own account.

Operations and customer service questions
Do we have to stop customers emailing orders?
No. The Order Entry co-worker turns emailed and PDF purchase orders into sales orders in your ERP, so customers can keep ordering the way they do now. It’s in beta with our design partners.
What happens when an order is unclear?
Lines below the confidence level you set wait in an exception queue beside the original document, so a person can pick the right SKU or fix a quantity.
Can customers check their own invoices?
Yes. Accounts payable online shows invoices, credit notes and statements, and customers can pay online.
What if a sync with our ERP fails?
The failed record is logged and kept, and the sync can be run again once the problem is fixed.
