TierCommerce vs BigCommerce B2B Edition
The BigCommerce B2B Edition alternative built for Australian and New Zealand wholesalers
BigCommerce B2B Edition adds company accounts, buyer roles, quotes and an invoice portal to BigCommerce’s Enterprise plan, now called Performance. TierCommerce is a B2B platform in its own right, with native two-way links to MYOB, Pronto Xi, Options, NetSuite and other ERPs. Here’s how they compare for distributors and wholesalers in Australia and New Zealand.

Why wholesalers choose TierCommerce over BigCommerce B2B Edition
-
Native links to the ERPs local wholesalers run
TierCommerce connects natively to MYOB, Pronto Xi, Options, NetSuite, Business Central, Xero, Cin7, Unleashed and Katana MRP. We build and maintain each integration in-house, it runs two-way and live, and every sync is logged and replayable, so there’s no middleware to manage.
-
Set up for GST and local payment terms
Each customer sees prices with GST included or excluded, on their own payment terms. Accounts-payable users pay invoices and statements online, and every payment syncs back to your ERP.
-
AI co-workers for order entry and more
The Order Entry co-worker turns emailed and PDF purchase orders into sales orders in your ERP. Quoting, Buyer Assistant, Sales Copilot, Accounts and Catalogue co-workers handle the rest, and your buyers’ own AI agents can place orders through our MCP server.

TierCommerce vs BigCommerce B2B Edition questions
Is TierCommerce a good BigCommerce B2B Edition alternative for B2B?
Yes, if your prices and stock live in an ERP such as MYOB, Pronto Xi, Options or NetSuite. TierCommerce connects to them natively and adds customer pricing, GST per customer, multi-level approvals, online invoice payment, PunchOut and AI order entry. If you need several storefronts or a headless build on BigCommerce, B2B Edition may suit you better.
Can I move from BigCommerce B2B Edition to TierCommerce?
Yes. Because products, stock, customers and pricing come live from your ERP, most of your catalogue and account data arrives when we connect it. We then set up your buyer users, approvals and payment terms, and our onboarding programme takes you live in about 30 days.
How does TierCommerce pricing compare with BigCommerce B2B Edition?
TierCommerce’s Essentials plan starts from A$500 a month and Professional from A$1,500, excluding GST, priced on the trade accounts that actually order online. Enterprise is quoted for your business. TierCommerce’s MYOB, Pronto Xi and Options integrations are native, built and maintained by our own team.
