Built for how Australian wholesalers trade

  • GST at 10%

Prices shown inclusive or exclusive of GST, customer by customer, in Australian dollars.

  • The ERPs Australians run

Native to MYOB, Pronto Xi, Options, NetSuite and Xero, built and maintained by our own team.

  • Data in Sydney

Customer data is hosted in Sydney, and our team supports you from Brisbane in Australian business hours.

Everything your trade customers expect, out of the box.

The features that took our clients years of custom development come as standard.

  • Your storefront, your brand

A self-service trade store with your themes, layout and branding. Run B2B only, or B2B and B2C from one catalogue.

  • Pricing that matches your contracts

Customer-specific and contract prices, group price lists and quantity tiers, with GST shown the way each customer expects.

  • Search that knows part numbers

Finds products from partial SKUs, misspellings and description words, and shows each customer their own price.

  • Ordering in a few clicks

Quick order by SKU, one-click reorders, wishlists, multiple named carts and carts that follow buyers across devices.

  • Quotes that become orders

Customers request quotes, reps send them, and an accepted quote turns into an order without re-keying.

  • Users, roles and approvals

Head users manage their own buyers and accounts-payable users. Approval rules by spend, role or branch.

  • Flexible payment terms

Card, on account against credit terms, invoice or bank transfer, set customer by customer.

  • PunchOut round-trip

Buyers shop your catalogue from their own procurement system over cXML or OCI, and the cart goes back for approval.

  • Customise without a rebuild

Add installation charges, next-shipment dates and your own rules through custom fields and our extension SDK.

See every feature

Every customer sees their own price.

Contract prices, customer-group lists and quantity breaks come straight from your ERP and apply everywhere: search, the catalogue, the cart and quotes.

  • Prices update the moment they change in your ERP
  • GST inclusive or exclusive, per customer
  • Hide products or whole categories from chosen customers

Your customers run their own accounts.

A head user invites their team, sets who can buy, who can pay and what needs sign-off. One person can work across several customer accounts, so a buyer at three branches has one login.

Need something only your business does?

Our implementation partner, Jonathan Bird Web Design & Development, builds it on TierCommerce. They’re the team behind the platform, with 15+ years of B2B ecommerce and ERP integration work for Australian wholesalers.

  • Integrations beyond the standard set

Older or heavily customised ERPs, warehouse systems and supplier feeds.

  • Custom modules

Installation bookings, trade-in credits, project pricing, built on our SDK.

  • Migration

Customers, price lists and order history moved across from your old portal.

  • Design

A storefront that looks like your brand, not a theme.

Most B2B portals are a price list behind a login.

They work until you add a second warehouse, a contract customer or a buyer who needs approval. TierCommerce is built for where your business is going, so you won’t outgrow it.

How we compare.

Retail and enterprise platforms added B2B as a module, and reach Australian ERPs through apps and custom builds. TierCommerce was built for B2B, natively on your ERP.

Live on your ERP in 30 days.

Onboarding is a programme, not a project. A senior person from our team runs it with you from start to finish.

  1. 1 Week 1

    Connect your ERP

We connect TierCommerce to your ERP and sync products, stock, customers and prices.

  2. 2 Weeks 2–3

Set up pricing, users and branding

Your price rules, approval flows and storefront design, checked against real orders.

  3. 3 Week 4

    Invite your customers

We help you move your trade customers across, starting with the ones who order most.

Questions wholesalers ask us.

How long does it take to go live?

Our onboarding programme is designed to have you taking orders in 30 days. Complex ERPs, several storefronts or custom modules can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.

Which ERPs and accounting systems do you support?

NetSuite, Xero, Options ERP, MYOB, Pronto Xi, Business Central, Cin7, Unleashed and Katana natively. SAP Business One and 200+ more systems connect too, from shipping and CRM to marketing.

Can we customise it for the way we sell?

Yes. Add custom fields and charges such as installation, show next-shipment dates from your ERP, and build your own rules through our extension SDK. Or we can build them for you.

Where is our data stored?

Customer data is hosted in Sydney. Our team is in Brisbane and supports you in Australian business hours.

Do our customers need to change how they buy?

No. They can keep emailing purchase orders, which the Order Entry co-worker processes, or order online when they’re ready. Procurement teams can buy through PunchOut.
