Yes. Unleashed is one of our native integrations. Products, stock, sell price tiers, customer pricing and customers sync from Unleashed, and sales orders, sales quotes and new customers sync back.

The Unleashed B2B Store suits straightforward reordering, with your price tiers, customer pricing and live stock built in. TierCommerce is the step up when you need contract pricing and catalogues per customer, buyer roles and spend approvals, AI entry of emailed purchase orders, PunchOut to procurement systems and full control over design.
Will customers see their sell price tier and customer pricing?
Yes. TierCommerce follows the Unleashed pricing hierarchy: customer pricing first, then quantity pricing, then the customer’s sell price tier and discount, then the default sell price. The price a customer sees is the price on the sales order.
Does it handle multiple warehouses?
Yes. Stock on hand syncs per Unleashed warehouse. Each sales order is sent with the warehouse it should ship from.
Where do invoices and payments go?
Invoicing and payments usually live in the accounting system Unleashed is connected to, such as Xero or QuickBooks Online. TierCommerce connects to Xero as well, so trade customers can see and pay open invoices online.
Does it handle GST, AUD and NZD?
Yes. Unleashed was built in New Zealand and handles GST as standard. Tax comes from your Unleashed settings, AU and NZ storefronts run in their own currency, and customer data is hosted in Sydney.
How does the connection authenticate?
With your Unleashed API ID and API key. Each request is signed with an HMAC-SHA256 signature, so the key itself never travels over the network. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only by the integration.
How long does it take to go live?
Most businesses can be taking orders in about 30 days. Large catalogues or complex customer pricing can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.
