The Cloudfy alternative built for Australian and New Zealand wholesalers

Cloudfy is a B2B ecommerce platform founded in 2010, with offices in Leicester, New York and Melbourne, Core, Pro and Enterprise editions, and pre-built connectors for more than 20 ERPs. TierCommerce is built for Australian and New Zealand wholesalers, with native two-way integrations for MYOB, Pronto Xi, Options ERP and Xero, GST shown the way each customer needs it, and customer data hosted in Sydney.

The short answer

Why wholesalers choose TierCommerce over Cloudfy

  • Native to the systems you already run

TierCommerce connects natively to MYOB, Pronto Xi, Options ERP, Xero, NetSuite, Business Central, Cin7, Unleashed and Katana MRP. Each integration is two-way and live, built and maintained by our own team, and every sync is logged so you can see what moved and replay it.

  • Custom fields without a bespoke build

Add custom fields, extra line items such as installation, and next-shipment dates from the platform itself, and use the extension SDK for anything more. When you need custom work, our implementation partner takes it on.

  • AI co-workers with an exception queue

The Order Entry co-worker turns emailed and PDF POs into ERP sales orders and shows a confidence level for each one, so anything unclear lands in an exception queue for your team. Quoting, Buyer Assistant, Sales Copilot, Accounts and Catalogue co-workers cover the rest, and buyers’ AI agents can order through our MCP server.

  • GST, local support and Sydney hosting

Show prices inclusive or exclusive of GST for each customer, and let accounts-payable users pay invoices and statements online. You work with an Australian team, customer data is hosted in Sydney, and our onboarding programme is built to get you live in about 30 days.

When Cloudfy might suit you better

Cloudfy is a good product. It can be the better choice if:

  • You run SAP S/4HANA or ECC, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Epicor, Sage or another ERP on Cloudfy’s connector list.
  • Your field reps need a branded iPad app with offline ordering and an exhibition mode, or your buyers want a branded ordering app in the Apple and Android stores.
  • You need EDI alongside PunchOut, or multi-brand, multi-storefront and cross-border trading on one platform.

TierCommerce vs Cloudfy questions

Is TierCommerce a good Cloudfy alternative?

Yes, if you trade in Australia or New Zealand and run a system such as MYOB, Pronto Xi, Options ERP or Xero. TierCommerce covers customer pricing, quotes, approvals, online invoice payments, PunchOut and AI order entry, with GST per customer and Sydney hosting. If you run SAP, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Epicor, or you need EDI, Cloudfy may suit you better.

Can I move from Cloudfy to TierCommerce?

Yes. Your ERP stays your source of truth, so we connect TierCommerce to it and bring your products, customer pricing and stock across from there. We then set up your customers, users, approvals and PunchOut connections, and our onboarding programme is built to get you live in about 30 days.

How does TierCommerce pricing compare with Cloudfy?

TierCommerce’s Essentials plan starts from A$500 a month and Professional from A$1,500, excluding GST, priced on the trade accounts that actually order online. We’ll quote Enterprise for your setup after a demo. Cloudfy quotes on its website and says its licence is based on the number of orders you process. Its pricing document on the UK government’s G-Cloud marketplace lists Core from £1,000 a month and Pro from £1,500 a month, plus a design and build fee from £25,000 or £30,000, with integrations, PunchOut, EDI and apps priced separately. Australian pricing may differ, so check with Cloudfy.

Does Cloudfy integrate with MYOB, Pronto or Xero?

MYOB, Pronto, Xero and Options ERP aren’t listed on Cloudfy’s integrations page. Cloudfy says it builds custom integrations through its API or middleware when there’s no pre-built connector. TierCommerce integrates with all four natively.

Can both platforms turn emailed POs into orders?

Yes. Cloudfy’s AI Smart Order reads PDF, email or photo POs and creates a draft order for your team to approve, and Cloudfy says it’s a separately priced add-on. TierCommerce’s Order Entry co-worker turns emailed and PDF POs into ERP sales orders, shows a confidence level for each one and sends anything unclear to an exception queue.

Does Cloudfy have an Australian office?

Yes. Cloudfy lists a Melbourne office and phone number alongside its offices in Leicester and New York, and its hosting runs on Microsoft Azure. TierCommerce has an Australian team and hosts customer data in Sydney.
