Who can become a referral partner?

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, and there are no targets or minimum number of introductions.
Do I have to sell TierCommerce myself?
No. Introduce the customer and we run the demo, the sale and the onboarding.
Will TierCommerce take over our ERP work?
No. TierCommerce connects to your client’s ERP rather than replacing it, so the ERP relationship stays with you.
How much do referral partners earn?
15% of the customer’s first-year subscription for each customer you introduce. That’s at least $900 for an Essentials customer and $2,700 for a Professional one, and more for customers with more active trade accounts or on Enterprise.
When are referral fees paid?
Once the customer you introduced subscribes. We’ll agree the details with you before your first introduction.
Can I refer a client whose ERP isn’t on your list?
Yes. Tell us what they run when you introduce them, and we’ll tell you straight away whether TierCommerce is a good fit.
Is the implementation partner independent of TierCommerce?
