Quotes
Quotes that turn into orders without re-keying
Customers request quotes from your storefront, your reps send them with that customer’s prices, and an accepted quote becomes an order in your ERP.
How it fits together
A quote lives in one place from request to order. Your rep and the customer work on the same record, and the accepted version goes into your ERP.

1
The customer asks
Buyers add products to a cart and request a quote instead of placing the order, with a note for anything that isn’t in the catalogue. It goes straight to your team’s queue.
- Request from the cart or a product page
- Notes and attachments, such as a floor plan
- Assigned to the customer’s rep automatically
-
2
Your rep prices it
The quote opens with the customer’s own prices already applied. Your rep adjusts lines, adds charges like installation, and sends it. Discounts past your limits go to a manager first.
- Margin shown on every line, for your team only
- Approval rules for discounts and large quotes
- An expiry date on every quote
-

It becomes an order
The customer reviews the quote in their account and accepts it, or asks for changes. Once it’s accepted, it goes into your ERP as a sales order, with nothing keyed twice.
- Accepted by anyone allowed to under the customer’s rules
- Every version kept in the customer’s account
- Accepted quotes sent straight into your ERP
Quotes your team can stand behind
- The customer’s own prices on every quote
- Approval rules for discounts and large quotes
- Quotes kept in the customer’s account
- Accepted quotes sent straight into your ERP
Let AI draft the quote

What happens when a customer accepts?
