MYOB B2B ecommerce integration
Run a trade storefront on MYOB, whether you use MYOB Business, AccountRight or MYOB Acumatica. Items, stock, price levels and customers come from MYOB, and orders and payments go straight back. Nobody re-keys an order.

MYOB stays your source of truth. These are the records the integration reads and writes.

A native MYOB integration, whichever MYOB you run
We build and maintain the MYOB connection ourselves. It uses the right MYOB API for each job, so it stays fast as your order volume grows.
-
AccountRight API
Items, customers, sales orders, invoices and payments for MYOB Business and AccountRight company files.
-
MYOB Acumatica REST API
The contract-based API for stock items, customers, sales orders and pricing in MYOB Acumatica.
-
OAuth 2.0 with scoped access
You approve the connection in MYOB, with only the permission scopes the integration needs.
-
Push notifications and polling
MYOB Acumatica push notifications send changes as they happen. For AccountRight, changes are checked on a short schedule.
What it supports in MYOB
- MYOB Business and AccountRight company files
- MYOB Acumatica, including multiple companies and branches
- Separate Australian and New Zealand businesses
- GST tax codes, inclusive or exclusive per customer
- Price levels A to F with quantity breaks
- Inventory locations and Acumatica warehouses
Customer pricing and clean books, on the MYOB you already run
-
Your MYOB pricing, and more
MYOB price levels and quantity breaks come straight across. TierCommerce can add contract prices and customer price lists on top where you need them.
-
MYOB stays your books
Orders, invoices, payments and GST land in MYOB exactly as your bookkeeper expects, with the right accounts and tax codes.
-
Inside MYOB’s API limits
Requests are queued and batched, so a busy morning of orders stays inside MYOB’s rate limits.
-
No duplicate orders
Every write is idempotent, so a retried order can never create a second sales order or payment.
-
Logged and replayable
Every sync is logged against the MYOB record it touched. Failures alert your team and can be replayed in one click.
Live on MYOB in 30 days
A fixed onboarding programme run by our implementation partner, not an open-ended project.

Your MYOB data is your business. The integration only touches what it needs, and every action is recorded.

- OAuth 2.0 with only the scopes the integration needs
- Customer data hosted in Sydney
- Role-based access for your staff and your customers
- An audit log of every change and sync
- Card payments tokenised by a PCI-compliant provider
MYOB integration questions
Can TierCommerce integrate with MYOB for B2B ecommerce?
Yes. MYOB is one of our native integrations, for MYOB Business, AccountRight and MYOB Acumatica. Items, stock, customer pricing and customers sync from MYOB, and sales orders, payments, quotes and new customers sync back.
Which MYOB products does it work with?
MYOB Business and AccountRight connect through the AccountRight API. MYOB Acumatica, formerly MYOB Advanced, connects through its own REST API. They’re different systems, so the first thing we confirm is which one you run.
Can trade customers see their MYOB price levels?
Yes. In AccountRight, each customer sees the price level on their card, including quantity breaks. In MYOB Acumatica, customer price classes and customer-specific sales prices are applied the same way.
Do orders go into MYOB as sales orders or invoices?
Your choice. Orders can be created as sales orders for your team to fulfil, or as invoices if you don’t use sales orders. The customer’s PO number, lines and delivery address come across either way.
Does it handle GST and separate Australian and New Zealand businesses?
Yes. Tax codes come from MYOB and are applied per customer. A separate Australian and New Zealand company file, or company in MYOB Acumatica, can each run their own storefront and currency.
Does it use MYOB’s newer API security?
Yes. The connection uses OAuth 2.0 with MYOB’s granular permission scopes, so it can only reach what it needs. You approve it in MYOB and can revoke it at any time.
We’re on MYOB EXO. Can we connect it?
EXO isn’t one of our native connections. Many EXO businesses are moving to MYOB Acumatica, which TierCommerce connects to natively, so your storefront can run on the new system from day one.
What happens when we outgrow AccountRight?
Your storefront, customers and pricing stay in TierCommerce. Moving to MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite or Business Central means switching the integration, not rebuilding your store.
