A native Pronto Xi integration, built on Pronto Connect
We build and maintain the Pronto Xi connection ourselves. It uses the right Pronto Xi API for each job, so it stays fast as your order volume grows.
-
Pronto Connect
Pronto’s API platform, with pre-built REST APIs that exchange JSON or XML with Pronto Xi.
-
Custom Pronto Connect APIs
When your Pronto Xi needs something the standard APIs don’t cover, a custom API is built inside Pronto Connect.
-
Webhooks from Pronto Xi
Pronto Xi tasks and alerts can trigger webhooks, so key changes reach TierCommerce without waiting for a schedule.
-
User-based security
A dedicated integration user, so Pronto restricts exactly which data the connection can see.
What it supports in Pronto Xi
- Multiple Pronto Xi companies, such as separate AU and NZ entities
- Multiple warehouses and branches
- AUD and NZD, with GST applied per customer
- Customer-specific and contract pricing with quantity breaks
- Pronto Xi on premises or in Pronto Cloud
- Your existing order entry and fulfilment workflows
Pronto Xi B2B ecommerce that holds up on your busiest day
-
Pronto Xi stays the source of truth
Items, pricing and accounts are owned by Pronto Xi. TierCommerce never overwrites what it shouldn’t.
-
Trade pricing, exactly as Pronto has it
Customers see the contract and customer-specific prices set in Pronto Xi, not an approximation of them.
-
Batched and queued
Bulk reads are batched and writes are queued, so the sync keeps pace on your busiest trading day.
-
Safe to retry
Every write is idempotent, so a retried order can never create a duplicate sales order.
-
Logged and replayable
Every sync is logged with the record it touched. Failures alert your team and can be replayed in one click.

Pronto Xi integration questions
Can TierCommerce integrate with Pronto Xi for B2B ecommerce?
Yes. Pronto Xi is one of our native integrations. Items, stock by warehouse, customer pricing and accounts sync from Pronto Xi, and sales orders, payments and new customers sync back through Pronto Connect.
Do we need Pronto Connect?
Yes. TierCommerce connects through Pronto Connect, Pronto’s API platform. If it isn’t set up in your environment yet, we work through it with you and your Pronto contact during discovery.
Can trade customers see their Pronto Xi pricing?
Yes. Each logged-in customer sees the contract and customer-specific prices set in Pronto Xi, including quantity breaks. That price shows in search, on product pages, in the cart and on quotes.
How do orders land in Pronto Xi?
As sales orders, with the customer’s reference or PO number, delivery address and the warehouse that will fulfil them. Your team picks, packs and invoices them like any other order.
Does it handle GST and separate AU and NZ companies?
Yes. GST is applied per customer, and each Pronto Xi company can run its own storefront, currency and pricing.
Which versions of Pronto Xi are supported?
Current Pronto Xi releases with Pronto Connect, on premises or in Pronto Cloud. We confirm your version and what your Pronto Connect setup exposes in the first week.
Can we test it before going live?
Yes. We connect to a Pronto Xi test environment first and run real orders end to end before anything touches production.
How long does it take to go live on Pronto Xi?
Most businesses can be taking orders in about 30 days. Heavily customised Pronto Xi environments, or ones that need custom Pronto Connect APIs, can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.
