Options ERP B2B ecommerce integration
Give your trade customers a B2B storefront that knows what Options ERP knows. Products, contract pricing, stock and customer accounts come from Options, and orders and payments go straight back through the Options API. Nobody re-keys an order.

A native Options ERP integration, built on the Options API
We build and maintain the Options ERP connection ourselves. It uses the right Options ERP API for each job, so it stays fast as your order volume grows.
-
Options API
Real-time requests for stock availability, orders, customers and payments, authenticated with your installation’s client key.
-
Batched table reads
Large tables such as products and contract pricing are read in pages, so a full refresh never times out.
-
Webhook events
Product changes in Options reach TierCommerce as they happen, without waiting for the next scheduled sync.
-
Nightly full sync
A complete refresh of products, pricing and accounts each night, scheduled around Options’ routine maintenance window.
What it supports in Options ERP
- Multiple Options company datasets, each with its own storefront
- Customer contracts, price categories and quantity price breaks
- Parent and child account structures
- GST-inclusive and exclusive pricing, matched to Options
- Multiple warehouse locations and branches
- Web groups, attached products and customer-exclusive products
Options ERP ecommerce that keeps up with your contracts
-
Options stays the source of truth
Products, contracts and accounts are owned by Options. TierCommerce reflects them exactly, and never overwrites what it shouldn’t.
-
Built for big price files
Contract pricing across thousands of accounts makes for a very large price file. The sync is batched, and only rows that changed are written.
-
Orders in Options within minutes
Orders and payments are sent every five minutes, ready to pick, pack and invoice. The warehouse never has to care that an order came from the web.
-
Safe to retry
Failed requests are retried with backoff, and every write is idempotent, so a retry can never create a second order.
-
Logged and re-runnable
Every sync run is logged with the records it touched. If one fails, your team is alerted and can re-run it from the control panel.

- Customer data hosted in Sydney
- Role-based access for your staff and your customers
- An audit log of every change and sync
- Card payments tokenised by a PCI-compliant provider
Options ERP integration questions
Can TierCommerce integrate with Options ERP for B2B ecommerce?
Yes. Options ERP is one of our native integrations. Products, stock, contract pricing and customer accounts sync from Options into your storefront, and orders, payments, quotes and new customers go back through the Options API.
Can trade customers see their Options contract pricing?
Yes. Each logged-in customer sees the contracts, price category and quantity breaks set against their account in Options. That price shows everywhere they shop: search, product pages, the cart and quotes.
How do orders land in Options ERP?
Each order goes into Options with the customer’s account code, their reference or PO number, required-by date, branch and delivery address. Orders and payments are sent every five minutes, ready to pick, pack and invoice without anyone re-keying them.
How does the sync handle a large Options catalogue and price file?
Large tables are read in batches, not all at once, and only rows that changed are written. A full sync runs each night around Options’ maintenance window, and webhook events and live stock checks keep things current during the day.
Does it handle GST and more than one company?
Yes. GST-inclusive and exclusive pricing follows your Options setup, and each order carries the right GST treatment. If you run more than one company dataset in Options, each one can have its own storefront.
Can customers see their Options invoices and pay online?
Yes. Open invoices, transaction history and statements come from Options, and customers can pay online. Each payment is sent back to Options against their account.
What happens if a sync fails?
Every sync run is logged with the records it touched. Failed requests are retried automatically, and if one still fails your team is alerted and can re-run it from the control panel.
How long does it take to go live on Options ERP?
Most businesses can be taking orders in about 30 days. Businesses with several company datasets or a lot of custom pricing can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.
