Can buyers really order by chat?

Yes. A buyer can ask for something like “reorder last month’s paper, double the A4”, and Buyer Assistant builds the cart. The buyer checks it and places the order themselves.

Will buyers see products or prices they shouldn’t?

No. Buyer Assistant only shows products that buyer’s account can see, at that buyer’s price, and orders follow their account’s approval rules.

How does search handle our customers’ own part numbers?

It matches partial SKUs, old codes and plain descriptions, and you can add search synonyms so buyers find products by the words they use.
