All integrationsStep 1 of 6
Prices, stock and accounts come in
Each customer’s price levels, stock by location and customers come across from NetSuite. Your ERP stays the source of truth, so nobody keeps a second price list.
Coastline Office Group
Synced as they change- Price levels
- $39.80 a carton, $38.90 from 10
- Stock by location
- 1,284 cartons across 3 sites
- Customers
- Net 30, prices shown ex GST
Step 2 of 6
The buyer orders, or emails a PO
Coastline’s buyer reorders 40 lines in a few clicks, at their own prices and with live stock. If they email a PDF purchase order instead, the Order Entry co-worker reads it and builds the same cart.

Emailed POs go through the same checks. See the Order Entry co-worker
Step 3 of 6
Their head user signs it off
Coastline’s own rule sends orders over $5,000 to a head user. Your team doesn’t chase anyone, and the order can’t reach NetSuite until it’s approved.

Rules set by your customer- Rule
- Orders over $5,000 need a head user

Step 4 of 6
The order lands in NetSuite
Once it’s approved, the order is written to NetSuite as a sales order, with the PO number, delivery address and who approved it. Nobody re-keys a line.

Every write is safe to retry, so a resent order can never create a duplicate.
Step 5 of 6
The invoice comes back
When it’s invoiced in NetSuite, the invoice appears on Coastline’s account with its due date, ready to pay.
Invoices usually live in the accounting software NetSuite is connected to, such as Xero. TierCommerce connects to Xero as well, so the invoice still reaches Coastline’s account.
