Prices are in Australian dollars, excluding GST. New Zealand businesses are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Pricing questions
What counts as an active trade account?
A customer account that logs in or places an order during the month. Accounts that don’t use TierCommerce that month aren’t counted, however many you have set up.
What if our number of active accounts changes?
Your price follows it. You pay each month for the accounts that were active that month, so quieter months cost less.
Why is Enterprise quoted?
Enterprise covers heavier ERPs such as Pronto, Business Central and SAP Business One, several brands and custom modules, which vary too much for a list price. You’ll get a price range in your first call.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars, excluding GST.
Is there a set-up fee?
Every plan starts with our 30-day onboarding programme, which we quote with your plan.
Can we move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Start with the plan that fits now and move up when you add an ERP, more trade accounts or more brands.
Do you price in New Zealand dollars?
Yes. New Zealand businesses are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
