Pricing and tiers
Every customer sees their own price, straight from your ERP
Contract prices, customer-group price lists and quantity breaks come across from your ERP, so the price online is the price on the invoice.
The pricing wholesalers actually use
-
Contract and customer prices
Prices agreed with a single customer, shown only to that customer’s users.
-
Customer-group price lists
Trade, wholesale or dealer price lists for whole groups of customers.
-
Quantity breaks
Lower prices as customers buy more, shown so they can see what the next break saves them.
How it fits together
You keep managing prices in your ERP. TierCommerce brings every price level across, works out which one applies to each buyer, and uses that price everywhere they see one.

How it works
One product, three customers, three prices. Here’s how TierCommerce decides what each buyer sees.
-
1
Your price levels come across from your ERP
Price lists, customer-group levels, contract prices and quantity breaks sync from your ERP. You don’t rebuild them in TierCommerce, and a change in your ERP flows through.
- Each customer is linked to their price level in your ERP
- Contract prices can have start and end dates
- Tax set up for each region you sell into
-
2
Each buyer sees the price that applies to them
When a buyer signs in, TierCommerce works out their price from their account and the quantity they’re buying. It follows the same order as your ERP, so a contract price takes priority over a group price.
- Their price in search results, not just on the product page
- GST inclusive or exclusive, set per customer
- Guest and retail visitors see list prices, or none at all
-
3
Breaks nudge buyers to the next quantity
In the cart, quantity breaks show buyers what a few more units would save. The price they accept is the price on the sales order, so your ERP invoices exactly what they saw.
- The same prices on quotes and reorders
- Sales orders carry the price, so nothing is re-priced by hand
Prices you can trust everywhere they appear
- Prices synced from your ERP
- The customer’s own price in search results
- GST shown inclusive or exclusive, per customer
- Tax set up for each region you sell into
- The same prices on quotes and reorders
- No customer can see another customer’s prices

Yes, customer by customer. Tax is set up for each region you sell into.
Do quotes use the same prices?
Yes. Quotes and reorders use the same customer prices as the storefront.
