The TierCommerce app for Zapier is built on our public REST API and webhooks, so new orders, quotes and customers reach Zapier the moment they happen.
-
Instant triggers
Built on REST Hooks, so a Zap runs within moments of an event instead of waiting for a polling check.
-
TierCommerce REST API
Every action calls the same public, documented API your developers can use directly.
-
Searches
Find a customer, product or order by email, SKU or number, and use it in later steps.
-
Scoped access
Each connection has only the permissions you grant, and you can revoke it from TierCommerce at any time.

Zapier integration questions
Can TierCommerce integrate with Zapier for B2B ecommerce?
Yes. The TierCommerce app on Zapier gives you triggers for new orders, quotes, customers and paid invoices, and actions such as creating customers and updating stock. It connects your store to thousands of other apps without code.
Which triggers are available?
New order, order status changed, new quote request, new customer and invoice paid. Each one fires instantly from a webhook, so your Zap runs within moments.
What can Zapier change in TierCommerce?
Zaps can create or update a customer, update a stock level and update an order’s status or tracking number. Search steps can find a customer, product or order first.
Do we need a paid Zapier plan?
Simple two-step Zaps work on Zapier’s free plan. Multi-step Zaps and higher task volumes need a paid Zapier plan, billed by Zapier.
Should we use Zapier or a native integration?
For your ERP or accounting system, use a native integration such as NetSuite or Xero, which handles pricing, stock and retries in depth. Zapier is best for lighter jobs like notifications, CRM updates and apps we don’t connect to natively.
Where does our data go?
Only the data in each Zap’s steps passes through Zapier, under Zapier’s own terms. Zapier may store it outside Australia, so check that against your privacy policy.
Can our developers use the same API?
Yes. The Zapier app is built on TierCommerce’s public REST API and webhooks. Anything a Zap can do, your developers can also do directly.
What happens if a Zap fails?
Zapier records failed runs in your Zap history, where they can be replayed. TierCommerce logs every API call against the record it touched, so you can see exactly what changed.
