Native integration
Omnisend B2B ecommerce integration
Run email and SMS automations for trade buyers from Omnisend. Customers sync as contacts, every order and quote is sent as an event, and your products feed Omnisend’s product blocks. Consent stays in step between the two.
What syncs between Omnisend and TierCommerce
TierCommerce sends Omnisend your contacts, products and buying events, so automations fire on what buyers really do. Omnisend sends back subscription changes.

A native Omnisend integration, built on server-side events
We build and maintain the Omnisend connection ourselves. It uses the right Omnisend API for each job, so it stays fast as your order volume grows.
-
Omnisend REST API
Contacts, events and products written directly through Omnisend’s API.
-
Server-side events
Orders, quotes and invoices are sent from our servers, so browser settings can’t drop them.
-
API key
You create an API key in Omnisend and add it in TierCommerce. Delete the key to disconnect at any time.
-
Rate-limit aware
Requests are queued and batched to stay inside Omnisend’s API limits, including when we backfill history.
What it supports in Omnisend
- Omnisend email, SMS and push automations
- Email and SMS consent, kept in step both ways
- Contact tags for trade accounts and customer groups
- Custom events for quotes and invoices
- Prices in AUD or NZD, with GST shown the way you choose
- A backfill of past orders and contacts when you first connect
Omnisend automations that understand trade buyers
-
B2B automations, not just retail ones
Reorder reminders, quote follow-ups and abandoned carts for trade buyers, each triggered by a real TierCommerce event.
-
Email and SMS from one place
Send an SMS when an order is dispatched and an email when a quote is about to expire, from the same automation.
-
Contract prices stay private
Omnisend gets your public prices only. A buyer’s contract price never lands in a product feed or a contact property.
-
Consent you can show
Opt-ins are recorded with a source and time, and unsubscribes flow back, to help you meet the Spam Act and the Australian Privacy Principles.
-
Logged and replayable
Every event is logged against the order or customer it came from. Failures alert your team and can be replayed in one click.

Omnisend integration questions
Can TierCommerce integrate with Omnisend for B2B ecommerce?
Yes. Omnisend is a native TierCommerce integration. Buyers sync as contacts, orders and quotes are sent as events, and your products feed Omnisend, so email and SMS automations run on real trade data.
Which events does TierCommerce send to Omnisend?
Placed order, paid for order, order fulfilled, order canceled and order refunded for every order. Logged-in buyers also send viewed product, added product to cart and started checkout, and quotes and invoices are sent as custom events.
Can we send SMS to trade customers?
Yes, to buyers who have opted in to SMS. Their consent is recorded in TierCommerce and kept in step with Omnisend, and opt-outs in Omnisend flow back.
Will contract prices show up in Omnisend?
No. Products are sent with your public prices only. Contract and customer-group prices stay in TierCommerce, and buyers see them when they log in.
How do we tell trade buyers and retail shoppers apart?
Each contact is tagged with their customer type, trade account and customer group. You can build separate segments and automations for trade and retail, or exclude one from the other.
How does it help with the Spam Act?
The Spam Act needs consent, clear sender details and a working unsubscribe. TierCommerce records how and when each person opted in, and unsubscribes in Omnisend are respected in TierCommerce too.
Should we use Omnisend or Klaviyo?
Both are native TierCommerce integrations and receive the same events. Use the one your marketing team already knows, or ask us and we’ll talk through the differences for your business.
What about orders placed before we connected?
When you connect, we backfill past orders and contacts into Omnisend. Segments such as top accounts or buyers who haven’t ordered in 90 days work from the first day.
