-
SAP Business One stays the source of truth
Items, prices and business partners are owned by SAP Business One. TierCommerce never overwrites what it shouldn’t.

Every sync is logged with the record it touched. Failures alert your team and can be replayed in one click.
-
Room to go further
If your SAP Business One setup needs something the partner connection doesn’t cover, we can build that piece directly.

SAP Business One integration questions
Can TierCommerce integrate with SAP Business One for B2B ecommerce?
Yes. SAP Business One connects through our integration partner’s unified API. Items, stock, price lists and business partners come into TierCommerce, and sales orders and payments go back to SAP Business One.
Why is SAP Business One a partner integration?
Our integration partner already maintains a working SAP Business One connection, so you get a reliable integration without a custom build. We set it up, map it to your company and support it. If your account needs more than the partner connection covers, we can build that part directly.
Can trade customers see their SAP Business One prices?
Yes. Each customer sees prices from the price list assigned to their business partner record. Special prices and discount groups are checked against the partner connection during discovery, so you know exactly what carries across.
How do orders land in SAP Business One?
As sales orders against the right business partner, with their PO number in the customer reference and their delivery address. Your team delivers and invoices them like any other order.
Does it support GST and separate AU and NZ companies?
Yes. Tax codes are applied per customer, and separate Australian and New Zealand company databases can each run their own storefront, currency and price lists.
Do we need middleware or our SAP partner involved?
You don’t need to buy or run middleware. We set up the partner connection with you. Your SAP Business One partner may help create the integration user or confirm user-defined fields.
Can we test it before going live?
Yes. We connect to a test copy of your company database first and run real orders end to end before anything touches production.
What if we move from SAP Business One to another ERP?
Your storefront, customers and pricing stay in TierCommerce. Moving to NetSuite or Business Central means switching the integration, not rebuilding your store.
