Trade order form questions

Why ask customers to use our SKUs?

Orders written with your SKUs are faster and safer to key, because nobody has to guess which product a customer meant.

Can customers send it back as a PDF?

Yes. It works as a spreadsheet or saved as a PDF, whichever your customers prefer.

Can this order go straight into our ERP?

With TierCommerce, yes. The Order Entry co-worker reads emailed order forms and purchase orders, matches each line to your catalogue and posts the sales order to your ERP. It’s in beta with our design partners.
