  • Your customers mostly reorder from a set range, and favourites, standing orders, CSV order import and card payments through Stripe cover what they need.
  • You’d rather keep your store, inventory and support under one Unleashed subscription, with orders landing in Unleashed without a separate integration.

Is TierCommerce a good Unleashed B2B Store alternative?

Yes, if you run Unleashed and your trade customers need more than reordering. TierCommerce adds buyer sub-users and multi-level approvals, quotes, PunchOut, AI order entry, online invoice payments and GST shown per customer, with Sydney hosting and an Australian team. If your customers mostly reorder from a set range and you want the lowest-cost option, the Unleashed B2B Store may suit you better.

Do I have to stop using Unleashed?

No. Unleashed is one of TierCommerce’s native integrations, so Unleashed stays your inventory system and your team keeps working in it as they do today. TierCommerce replaces only the B2B Store your customers order from, and sales orders still arrive in Unleashed ready to fulfil.

How does TierCommerce pricing compare with the Unleashed B2B Store?

Unleashed’s Australian pricing page lists the B2B eCommerce Store from A$119 a month, excluding taxes, as an optional add-on to Unleashed Core (A$449 a month) or Pro (A$819 a month). TierCommerce’s Essentials plan starts from A$500 a month and Professional from A$1,500, excluding GST, priced on the trade accounts that actually order online. Unleashed is one of the native ERP and MRP integrations in the Professional plan, and Enterprise is quoted for your business. With either option, you keep paying for your Unleashed plan.

Will customers see the same prices they get in Unleashed?

Yes, on both. Unleashed says its customer pricing hierarchy also applies to prices in the B2B Store. TierCommerce follows the same hierarchy: customer pricing first, then quantity pricing, then the customer’s sell price tier and discount, then the default sell price.

Does the Unleashed B2B Store support PunchOut or AI order entry?

Neither is mentioned on Unleashed’s B2B Store pages or in its help centre. Customers can import an order from a CSV file of up to 500 rows. TierCommerce supports round-trip PunchOut with cXML and OCI, and its Order Entry co-worker turns emailed and PDF POs into Unleashed sales orders, with anything unclear sent to an exception queue.

Can trade customers pay invoices online?

Unleashed’s help centre describes card payments through Stripe at checkout, with customers set to On Account or Pre-Paid, but doesn’t describe paying existing invoices online. Unleashed connects to Xero for accounting, and TierCommerce connects to Xero natively too, so accounts-payable users can see and pay open invoices and statements online.
